  • In-house seminars: In order to promote an inclusive workplace, we offer seminars that provide accurate, up-to-date information about the costs, practicalities, and legal issues involved in employing persons with disabilities.

  • Job carving: Is there a position in your organization that could be carved into two jobs? Is someone on your team overworked and in need of help with some tasks? Triumph can help you determine what job activities could be “carved” off and turned into a part-time or full-time job for one of our clients. By carving out a job you can provide someone with an employment opportunity and relieve pressure on your current employees at the same time.

  • Exposure for your company: At Triumph, we are proud to spotlight employers who are working with us to create better and more inclusive workplaces in BC. With your consent, we’ll feature you in our newsletters, our marketing materials and on our website to showcase you as an employer that provides opportunities for persons with disabilities. Our marketing materials are distributed to decision-makers in all levels of government and all major business sectors.

  • Screening: We provide free screening of candidates to ensure that your newest team member has the right skills and qualifications for the position.

  • Special accommodations and assistance with workplace set-up: These modifications may include assistive technologies, adaptive furniture and customized computer software, for example, though everyone's needs are different.

  • On-site training that doesn't impact business productivity.

  • On-site assistance and dedicated follow-up.

  • On-the-job training funds, depending on eligibility.
