Pre-Employment Services

If you have limited vocational experience and want to increase your community involvement, enhance your independence and improve your disability management, we offer Pre-Employment Services (PES).

At Triumph, you'll work one-on-one with a Vocational Coach to identify your goals and develop a plan to achieve them.  We offer a full range of voluntary, self-paced services tailored to meet your needs, from career exploration to assertiveness training and skill-building workshops.
